How We Hire

  3. Practical task aligned to the role (2–4 hrs async).
  4. Panel: craft deep-dive + values interview.
  5. Offer & mutual references.

Teams

  • Editorial: Markets, policy, explainers, data-led storytelling.
  • Data: ETL, dashboards, QA, and methodology.
  • Design: Systems, brand, product, and graphics.
  • Engineering: Frontend, performance, infra-light services.
  • Growth: Newsletters, partnerships, performance channels.

Internships

Editorial, data, and design internships run year-round. 8–16 weeks, stipend provided. Write to careers@batasutra.in with “Internship — [Team]”.
